Collateral Mobility for Intraday Repo

DCRs may be used to record the transfer of securities ownership on the HQLAᵡ ledger at precise moments in time.

Securities are always held in accounts by the Trusted Third Party (TTP) for HQLAᵡ and through this model dramatically improve collateral mobility.
